Breeding request Check Boxes
Started By
I get tired of having breeding requests for my males from unmaxed dogs and or related lines to my dog. I specifically state in my profile that I do not breed or accept request from unmaxed dogs or do I line breed or inbreed. And I know several other people who feel the same and I know some do not.

So I would suggest that upgraded players are able to check a box next to their stud fee area that blocks all unmaxed females from sending a request. I also would suggest another box that can be checked that would block females with related pedigrees from sending a request.

I believe this would eliminate a lot of wasted space in peoples messaging space as well as to save the owner of the studs time from having to check on the females and their pedigrees to insure they will not be increasing the number of low TP dogs who do not do well in the trials and save those who do not believe in inbreeding.

I support it!! I've gotten quite a few for my Maxed Girl Chocolate Fantasy. she's got 1.3k TP and great coat so I don't blame them; but it IS getting annoying. The only thing I don't support is the upgraded players. There are many great breeders and trainers who just can't afford to buy things for pixels. :T

Other than that I think that this would be a great idea!

FULL SUPPORT, although I haven't bred anyone yet. :3

It's a little unfair to continue the good lines with someone who isn't so good.

And also, to those who request breeding their unmaxed dogs to maxed ones, don't flame the others because they refused you. It's unfair. :(

I fully support this idea. Not only will it stop the inbreeding and everything, but it would also stop people taking up more server space with dogs that will either be unwanted, unsellable, retired, or just wasted in general. If there's a box that you can check to stop both unmaxed females and inbreeding, not only would it cut back on server space, you wouldn't have people crying and complaining that you didn't accept their request, because they may not even care - or know - what a maxed female, inbreeding or line breeding it, not to mention, they only want /puppies/. Everyone get's excited when they want puppies, and people tend to forget that this is a site built to breed the best, not to just breed poor quality, low TP dogs that won't ever win anything, will never stud or mother a litter of pups, and will just be left to rot on their account until they die, or are sold/retired.

Soooo, in closing, I SUPPORT this completely, 100%.

I support fully. There used to be an 'inbreeding' warning on alacrity, i hear; it'd be nice to have a quick little pop-up to let even me know if i accidentally try to breed to a related bitch, heh.

I support the Idea fully.

I support, although I think it would be alottt of coding for robyn to take care of..:|
Regardless, i'm sick of people asking to breed their un-maxed female with my maxed male >.<

I would support as long as it let them know why they were regected. I know i would get frustrated if i couldn't request and didn't know why.

Doubt it would work - I don't even put mine up for stud and am constantly badgered about breeding. If you "block" requests they'll just end up on your wall or message box.

I fully support!

Support! I get a ton of requests for my customs (who I'm overly picky about breeding) and half are unmaxed dogs (some with 2-digit TPs) :/
Then I get a message or scribble of complaints about rejecting the request.

I've recently resorted to pulling ALL my studs off the market (Imagine how long that took me >:P) because I've grown tired of rejecting and explaining why I did.

Support! I've gotten at least 5 unmaxed females for this one stud.

Completely support, this would be so convenient. @_@ Especially it'd stop people complaining on your profile as to why you didn't accept.
